Connected Autism Coaching ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through connectedautismcoaching.com and our booking page, and how we use it.
Information we collect
Contact information you give us: when you send a message through the contact form or book a session, we collect your name, email address, and anything you choose to write in your message or intake answers.
Booking information: our booking page is provided by YouCanBookMe. When you book, YouCanBookMe collects the details needed to schedule your session, under its own privacy policy.
Payment information: payments are processed securely through the booking system. We do not store your full card number on our website.
Website information: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may collect basic technical information such as pages visited, browser type, and approximate location, to keep the site running and secure. We do not sell your personal information.
How we use your information
To reply to your messages, schedule and run your sessions, process payments, send booking confirmations and reminders, and improve the website. We do not use your information for any other purpose without your permission.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the site and booking: Cloudflare (hosting), YouCanBookMe (booking), and the booking system's payment processor (payments). We do not sell or rent your information. We will share information if required by law, or if needed to prevent imminent harm to you or another person.
Children
This website and booking are for adults age 18 and over. Parents and guardians book sessions about their teens; teens do not book or submit personal information themselves. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us at Auticonnect777@gmail.com. Booking reminders can be stopped by cancelling or rescheduling your booking. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, though some site features may not work.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
